THURSDAY

ALWAYS  WONDERING . AM I REALLY PAINTING WHAT  I WANT TO PAINT  OR  AM I TRYING TO PAINT  TO POTENTIAL BUYER?  I HAVE  INVESTED  HEAVILY INTO MY PASTELS. I HAVE THIS  IDEA  OF PAINTING IN THE  MONTAGE METHOD AND  YET  I TAKE  ON  SINGLE SUBJECTS.. I LIKE  TO PAINT  WITH LOOSE  STROKES AND  LOST  EDGES BUT  AM PROUD  THAT  I  CAN PAINT  SHARP DETAIL.  I SEE THE  IMPORTANCE  OF PAINTING ON ONE SIDE OF THE  COLOR  WHEEL  (HARMONY)  BUT  LOVE THE WAY  LIGHT   BOUNCES  COLOR OFF  SURFACES.. FLOWERS ... CLOTH.

HERE  ARE  A  FEW  THINGS  I PAINTED  LATELY... I HAVE  SINCE  FINISHED  THIS  DEMONSTRATION ,,, I WILL  TAKE A  PICTURE OF THE  FINISHED  WORK AND  POST  IT  LATER.
